All assets, apparel, and IP are controlled under Solfly management. Access is limited to qualified entities.
Doctrine
Solfly Strategic Management Group operates under a centralized governance model. All systems, assets, and intellectual property managed by the firm are governed through defined doctrine, enforced standards, and controlled access. Participation does not imply ownership.
Authority & Control
Solfly retains decision-making authority over strategic direction, brand expression, operational systems, and asset usage for all managed entities. Governance is not delegated. Permissions may be granted, adjusted, or revoked at the firm's discretion.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property developed, installed, or managed under Solfly systems remains protected under firm governance. This includes but is not limited to frameworks, language systems, visual identity, apparel, and derivative works. Unauthorized replication or modification constitutes breach of governance.
Enforcement
Solfly enforces governance through structural controls, access restrictions, and contractual authority. Alignment is monitored continuously. Drift results in correction. Repeated noncompliance results in removal.
