Meet Jasmine Gordon Meet Jasmine Gordon

Solfly began long before it became an organization.

It began in 2013, when Jasmine began her eight years in air traffic control. It taught her how to operate where structure, communication, timing, and accountability are not optional. In aviation, every moving part has a purpose. People must understand their roles, systems must work under pressure, and leadership has to extend beyond the person in charge.

Those lessons became the foundation for how Jasmine approaches leadership today.

After transitioning from military service, she continued developing her understanding of organizations, earning an Associate of Science in Aviation Business Administration, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Sports Business and Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Jacksonville University.

But Solfly wasn’t created from education alone.

It was built through transition.

Jasmine became a mother navigating a new chapter of life while homeschooling her son, rebuilding professionally, developing businesses, and learning firsthand the difference between having a vision and having the structure necessary to sustain it.

Through that process, a pattern became clear:

Talent can start something. Structure is what allows it to survive.

What originally began as Solfly Apparel evolved as Jasmine’s own leadership evolved. Fitness initiatives became systems. Business ideas became organizations. Creative projects developed into intellectual property. Community involvement grew into structured youth leadership programming.

Eventually, Solfly became an ecosystem built around one central principle:

Build people. Build systems. Build what can continue beyond you.

Today, that vision extends across business strategy, leadership development, youth programming, fitness and performance systems, and creative ventures.

Through Solfly Strategies, Jasmine helps founders and organizations turn ideas into organized plans, programs, operating structures, and executable strategies.

Through Solfly Foundation, the mission extends into the community by creating leadership and practical-development opportunities for young people.

Through FF4L — Fly & Fit For Life, physical development becomes a vehicle for discipline, accountability, self-control, and lifelong performance.

And through Solfly’s creative ventures, ideas are given room to become brands, products, stories, and opportunities for the next generation.

Each expression may serve a different purpose, but the philosophy remains the same:

Structure creates the runway. Leadership determines what takes flight.

For Jasmine, Solfly isn’t simply about building companies.

It’s about building infrastructure around purpose—so good ideas aren’t dependent on one person, one season, or one opportunity to survive.

From directing aircraft in the Navy to developing organizations, programs, and future leaders, the assignment has changed.

The responsibility to lead with clarity hasn’t.

This is Solfly. Built with purpose. Structured for impact. Designed to outlive the founder.
